March Break Trip Around the World -- Day 1 - Mexico!

Since we are all pretty much home bound, we've decided to take a culinary trip around the world again this year!   


And we're off !!!!









Yummy variety! Smoked pork, brined chicken, crispy chicken , barbacoa,  pulled duck
and soft shell crab tacos alongside Mexican rice!
